By submitting a photo to Ziegenfelder, you hereby grant Ziegenfelder the non-exclusive royalty-free irrevocable rights to reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, translate, adapt, modify, and otherwise use the image(s) (in whole or in part) and to incorporate the image(s) into other works, for any purposes in any markets and media, whether now known or hereafter developed. In addition, you expressly acknowledge and/or agree that: (1) you at least 18 years of age, (2) you are the copyright owner of the photo or have obtained all necessary consents of the copyright owner thereof, and (3) you have sufficient permission of any persons appearing in the photo to be authorized to submit the photo to Ziegenfelder and to release the publishing rights of the photo. Further, you accept as inevitable that by allowing Ziegenfelder to display the image(s), third parties might take and retain copies the image(s) without permission, and that therefore you agree to release Ziegenfelder, its affiliates and assigns from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from any such third party use or otherwise relating to your submission. Ziegenfelder reserves the right to not display, or to stop displaying at any time, any photo submitted to it. All photos submitted become the property of Ziegenfelder and will not be returned to you.
