Open Positions:

Brand Strategist

The Ziegenfelder Brand Strategist is responsible to:

  • Create, execute, track and report on strong company branding campaigns, community events, social ads showcasing Wheeling as the “Twin Pop Capital of the World”. (Strategies should also be developed for Denver and Chino local areas.) 
  • Analyze, evaluate and stay up to date on market data trends to help shape our future marketing, promote our business growth strategy and build our brand representation.
  • Analyze and present brand positioning, consumer insights, key trends within the market and competitors.
  • Serve as thought leader by keeping up with developing trends and consideration of new and alternative channels of communication, including ways to measure engagement/response of the audience.
  • Foster initiatives in conjunction with other departments to coordinate brand awareness with marketing efforts that result in greater awareness of organizational priorities and brand consistency.
  • Develop and implement a consistent public relations and communication strategy to raise regional awareness and promote positive perceptions of the Ziegenfelder brand through community engagement campaigns.
  • Create and execute strategic, impactful and consistent communication initiatives that builds awareness of the Ziegenfelder brand and enhance brand reputation nationally.
  • Build, produce and disseminate communication materials to help support business, employee, and industry communications.
  • Maintain website content and other duties as required.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience in relevant environment.
  • Experience creating communication plans to support major change initiatives across multi-location organizations.
  • A solid understanding of social media marketing communications and how brands utilize social media effectively to engage internal and external audiences.
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands under tight deadlines.
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal conflict resolution.
  • Ability to guide and creatively present information to all levels of the organization.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, customer-focused and enthusiastic, with a serious commitment to excellence.
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing data analytic trends and tools.
  • Team-oriented and possessing the ability to navigate and influence the organization while working across various departments.


  • This position is based in Wheeling, WV.
  • Up to 20% travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Production Staff - Wheeling, Chino, and Denver

Ziegenfelder Production Staff are responsible for:

  • Placing sealed individual units in packaging and ensuring proper package sealing.
  • Repackaging improperly sealed, or coded, product.
  • Disposing of scrap product and raw materials.
  • Keeping work area clean.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Food Service/Production Experience
  • High School/GED

Physical Abilities:

  • Standing up to 12 hours per day.
  • Moving and lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs. regularly.
  • Bending, twisting, reaching and grasping actions.
  • Good spatial awareness working around manufacturing equipment.

Working Conditions:

  • Subject to cold temperatures of less than 32F for more than one hour with proper protection equipment.
  • May be subject to noise above 85 decibels with proper protection equipment.
